“Twenty three years ago we put an addition on our 100 + year old home and we had another plumbing contractor do the work. A year after a new bathroom was installed on our second floor we had a leak and decided to try Encore based on someone’s recommendation-I cannot remember who that person was but it became the beginning of a long tradition that began at that time and continues today of excellent work and service from John and his sons and employees. We began with plumbing service and moved on to electrical, gas, furnace and air and drainage-any mechanical needs we have are dealt with quickly, properly and at reasonable rates-we long ago stopped seeking outside quotes because the fees have always been fair. The servicemen are personable and do a clean job. We moved thirteen years ago to a new home and have been through a major kitchen renovation, and two complete bathroom renovations done by encore. Last year they replaced my 91 year old Mother’s bathtub with a walk in shower and new toilet and sink-the lowest estimate of three-excellent timely clean work in her only bathroom. If all contractors gave this degree of service they would have long term happy clients as we are. Thank you Encore for being there always even through Christmas holidays and weekends which we have needed from time to time. Your service and expertise have made our mechanical needs no problem.”
